At Chronic Strength, we not only take pride in the quality of our products, but also in the quality of service we provide to our customers. We want you to be satisfied 100% with our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a refund (minus the shipping) or an exchange.
No returns/exchanges on artisan protein snacks as those items are made fresh to order especially for you. All artisan protein snack orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. Please note that if you place an order Wednesday through Sunday, depending on the size of your order, the final destination, and how many orders are before yours, your order may not ship until that following week (Monday) to ensure freshness. Generally, orders ship Monday-Wednesday, with the occasional Thursday, if I know you will receive the order by Saturday. I want you to receive your products as fresh as possible. I ship priority 2-3 day mail and do my best to get your orders out to you as fast as possible.


I understand that returns or exchanges may be necessary and items may not fit as well as you expected it to once you receive it. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase please allow me to assist you with your order. I will deal with returns on a per item basis. If you wish to make a return please contact me ASAP to discuss the matter first, before sending back your items. NO returns or exchanges after 30 days of purchase on apparel items.

All apparel items are hand printed and made in the USA using the best quality inks & American made products we can source. All our printed items will be limited in stock and we do not guarantee a re-print.

NO returns/exchanges on artisan protein snacks as those items were made fresh to order specifically for you.
If you're unhappy with an artisan protein snack product, please contact me and I will do my best to resolve the issue. I want all my customers to be 100% satisfied at the end of the day. If you need your artisan protein snacks by a certain time, please let me know in advance, especially if it's a large amount, so I can prepare ahead of time and make sure I have enough ingredients on hand.


Depending on the product and ingredient, I may be able to change up the ingredients of certain items if you do not like a certain ingredient or are allergic.  Please email me for more details on custom orders and or special requests such as gift options, catering, wholesale, etc. at Stephanie@chronicstrength.com.


*We do not cover shipping costs for returns or exchanges. You will have to cover the shipping charges to send your item(s) back to me.

All apparel orders will ship as the items are available. Please note that if it's a pre-order item, it will not ship right away, it will ship once the items are printed.

All orders are shipped 2-3 day priority mail via USPS.
